The hotfix does seem to make the system abit more stable, i can download / be active on the net for longer periods of time now, but the bsod is still annoying as hell <.<

The only "old" driver showing to update is:

RTKVHD64.sys Fri Jan 29 06:48:35 2010 Realtek HD Audio R2.57

Its time to look to your RAM.

Are the settings correct?

Install CPU-Z. Take screenshots/snips of the Memory and all the Slot #'s under the SPD tab.

Attach the screenshots to your post for all to see. Don't zip them.

Run Memtest86+ overnight, after your computer has been off for about an hour . Let it run for at least 7 passes / 6-8 hours. If errors appear you can stop that particular test.
Note!! Any time Memtest86+ reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad Mobo slot. Test RAM sticks individually. When you find a good one then test it in all slots. Post back with the results.

Thanks for the help also!

EDIT: I just want to say, that "hotfix" from microsoft seems to have made my system alot more stable than it was, i downloaded a 7GB file without crashing. Allthough I did crash recently again :/

Good job!
Timings look good to my amateurish eye. So can rule that out.

BTW Nice set of RAM!

Haha thanks +repped you fimble, also I think this is a windows 7 and intel ethernet adapter problem, atleast from what i've gleamed from other forums, so i think that in theory, if i run windows xp 64 bit this will be fixed, but wheres the fun in that :P

What is your Ethernet type/model?

I've been looking about and Tcpip errors mostly relate to bad drivers/memory. Mind, if there is a problem with Intel Ethernet and Windows 7 that would put the ethernet driver in the bad class.

Thanks for the rep!

Are you looking for what it says in the Device Manager? It says

Intel(R) 82583V Gigabit Network Connection

It's built in in the mobo.

Also I found something new in my other solution thread
