Hello again,
Please update these more drivers.

Code:
adfs.SYS Fri Jun 27 08:52:37 2008
Remove ALL Adobe Software and reinstall the latest version again.
Dump blames Sftfslh.sys (Microsoft Application Virtualization), best suggest is to uninstall it.

0x00000101 = CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT (CPU error)

So, you are possibly looking at a CPU fault. Run this stress test and see what happens: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html (run the Blend test as well as the SmallFFTs test)

Hello
Follow DeanP and reventon suggestion, they give good advice.

Some addition from me:
- First replace Avast with MSE
- Uninstall TuneUp Utilities

Then perform system file checker and report the result here.
Right click cmd.exe → run as administrator → sfc /scannow

Update this driver:
Rt64win7.sys Thu Aug 20 09:05:06 2009 → Realtek PCIe GBEthernet

And for MEMORY.DMP, you may upload it on any filehosting.

ok... as said I have uninstalled Avast Antivirus and have installed MSE.. also I have updated my Realtek driver...

and after performing "sfc /scannow" I got
"C:\Windows\system32>sfc/scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.
Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

Also I have uploaded the MEMORY.dmp file
you can get it here:

http://***************/files/448451708/MEMORY.zip

and for TuneUp utilities I am ready to uninstall it but with tuneup utilities I am able to turn off my useless Startups from TuneUp Startup Manager... which really helps me a lot..

Your memory.dmp point to 0x101 as reventon said before, so you must test your CPU:
https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html

Also test your harddrive as well:
- Right click cmd.exe → run as administrator → chkdsk /f /r
- Use Seatools → | Seagate

Anyhow by "repairing startup problem" the system started and got BlueScreen Error.
