BSOD on gigabyte LGA1155

This is the second computer I have built, and This has never happened to me before.
Windows 7 home premium 64bit
first OS installed
OEM-It came with my other computer which is an hp and it was an upgrade disc. It installed fine on my custom.
hardware age is 1 week old
OS install is 2 days old
Could these be caused by LGA 1155 design fail?

This is the info I saved( this has also happened twice.)
Thanks for the help as well. It is GREATLY appreciated.

Hi, soulkatzu, and welcome to the forum.

Bugcheck 116, VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE. Usual causes: Video driver, overheating, bad video card, ?BIOS, ?Power to card.

Bugcheck 1E, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Usual causes: Device driver, hardware, System service, compatibility, Remote control programs, memory, BIOS. Usual causes: Device driver, hardware, System service, compatibility, Remote control programs, memory, BIOS.
The first dump directly blames atikmpag.sys, your video driver. However, something may be interfering with the video subsystem. Your second dump directly blames nwifi.sys, a Windows system wi-fi driver and very unlikely to be the real cause.

You have two very out of date drivers loaded on your system. One is an XP driver. Either or both of these could be causing the conflict. Update these two drivers or uninstall the devices they are associated with and upgrade. Both dumps mention athrxusb.sys.
Quote:
athrxusb.sys Tue Jul 29 08:47:13 2008 - Atheros Wireless LAN USB device driver. Atheros Communications.

GVTDrv64.sys Tue Sep 05 03:10:02 2006 - Conexant/GlobespanVirata WAN ADSL USB Modem. Conexant: Support.
Update or eliminate these drivers, reboot and see how your system runs. If you get another BSOD, upload it and we will go from there.
