BSOD error 1044

Hello, a couple of days ago i bought a new (3 months old) PC, formatted it and installed W7.
The problem is that i am constantly getting BSOD (about once every 3 hours).

I suspect the problem has something to do with my RAID setup (I run 3 Samsung Spinpoint 1000gb's in RAID with Silicon Image sil3114).

The OS is W7 Ultimate x64 full retail version.
The hardware is about three months old, and the OS is freshly installed three days ago.

Help would be greatly appreciated,

Crashes may have been caused by your raid drivers since these are clearly outdated, update them

I was sure i downloaded the most recent driver, my bad.

EDIT: I did download the latest drivers.

I actually did download the most recent ones; they are listed as new on the webpage, but they are old. In the end I even went as far as formatting the drives and reinstalling W7 with the RAID drivers, to see if that would do any difference, but no.
I'll try to set the disks up in another RAID level to check.

Does anyone else have any experience with Sil3114 on W7 x64?

EDIT:
I've reformatted the PC now, and set the RAID level to 0, instead of 5. The computer froze twice after setup (had to restart), but now it has been running stable for about an hour. Will report back if the BSOD reoccurs.
