Single dump file indicate memory corruption associated to uTorrent
    Remove/update uTorrent

    Code:
    BUGCHECK_STR: 0x7f_8

    CUSTOMER_CRASH_COUNT: 1

    DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: CODE_CORRUPTION

    PROCESS_NAME: uTorrent.exe
Update your Realtek NIC driver http://218.210.127.131/downloads/
    Code:
    Rt64win7.sys fffff880`04811000 fffff880`04843000 0x00032000 0x49a65b0d 26/02/2009 13:04:13

    torrent

    thanks for you reply,

regarding about the utorrent i had removed it but its the newest version so far i guess i will change to bit torrent and
i am downloading the latest audio driver.

from your side of view is there any chance it could be hardware defective?

No, the dump indicate a software issue related to UTorrent

If you like µTorrent because it is lightweight (I do!!) Go to File Hippo and download v 2.0.4 (build22967). The last proper "stable" version with Windows 7.

It is not a conflict at all but rather an issue with uTorrent itself on your system
