    Your Nvidia driver was the cause, Uninstall it and use driver sweeper to remove leftover nvidia display driver files
    http://phyxion.net/Downloads/Driver-Sweeper/2-8-5/Installer

    Then install the latest version
    NVIDIA DRIVERS 266.58 WHQL

    BC116 is mostly caused by defective RAM/GPU
    STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting

    Test your system stability with OCCT
    OCCT (OverClock Checking Tool) 3.0.0 download from Guru3D.com

    Code:
    BugCheck 116, {fffffa80096a5010, fffff88003332e64, ffffffffc00000b5, a}

    Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2
    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
    Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+12ee64 )

    The video driver is still the cause, probably a defect in the RAM or GPU
    Test the RAM
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    Test the GPU in another PC

    Test GPU with Furmark: Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

    Also, when running Memtest, you should at least run 7 passes.
