I would appreciate if anyone could help me with the following problem. First, here are my details;x64.
Retail.
My notebook is a Thinkpad T400, 2.5 years old.
I have been running this install for approx. 5 months.

My notebook is crashing whenever it enters into sleep mode (hibernation doesn't cause the same problem). Occasionally it will also hang when shutting down, lasting for 15 minutes until if finally crashes and reboots.

I've updated everything that I could from Microsoft and Lenovo, and I can't otherwise find out what the problem is.

I'd appreciate any help, thanks.

Most recent crash caused by your storage driver iastor.sys

I would re-install newest version

How To Find Drivers:
Quote:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
