    Bsod


    Hi,

    Im new here. I keep getting the attached error even when i try to boot to safe mode. Ive tried everything i can think of but im still getting this BSOD.

    Thank you in advance.

    *im unable to log into windows at all.

    i forgot to add that i reformat my computer on a regular basis.

    its now on win 7 32 bit. hardware i doubt there is any issue even though its going to be 3 years old soon. (:

    please tell me if i need to add anything else. i cant attached a dump file as i cant even log in!!

    All these were caused by Shockproof Disk Driver(apsx86.sys) which is part of Think Vantage active protection
    Get a Live linux CD and go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename apsx86.sys to apsx86.sys.old

    nope. i think its a virus ah. i just downloaded a file from the net and it happened about 2 mins after i clicked on it.

    *cuz it said on one of the BSOD's that it might be some malicious program

    but im not sure.
