Yes something is way off there I've never hit a commit charge that high, even when actively running a high requirement game or during conversion.

Something is not right but without a crash dump file there's not much I can do to narrow it down. Just going from what little you can convey online doesn't help a lot. Perhaps following the dump instructions in the link under my posts will help somewhat. While you have no minidump files it will still allow me to look at event logs and basic system info. ..no promise that will help but we do have quite a few people here that are really good at reading between the lines in dumps and info files.
    Hi Maguscreed,

I managed to get a dump following your link. I've attached the files.

    Thanks a million.

    start end module name
    884f4000 8851e000 pci T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: pci.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\pci.sys
    Image name: pci.sys
    Timestamp: Mon Jul 13 18:11:16 2009 (4A5BBF14)
    CheckSum: 0002961B
    ImageSize: 0002A000
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

That was the culprit for the crash dump.
It's a system file that should be automatically updated by windows update though.
However, when I combine that with your error log which basically shows that no windowsupdate has ever successfully completed on your system. We may just be looking at a lot of out of date items that should have been handled by windows to begin with.

What I would really want to know if I were you right now is why all my windows updates were failing.

I guess that the pci.sys is casuing the Virtual Memory Error?

Maguscreed, I've just checked the windows update log files (attached) and this shows that its been updating. I believe the last update was at 9:00ish.

This is the error log from your dump just to clarify what I'm talking about.
