    Troubleshooting BSOD Loop

For the past couple of days I have been dealing with a BSOD stop issue, Currently I am unable stop the system from restarting on an error so the system is caught in a loop. The loop occurs in Safe Mode as well as Normal Mode. I am only able to get pieces of error information. The one test I was able to run once was a memory error scan which came back with zero errors.

    Error: IRQL_NOT_Less_Than_Equal

    Stop Error: 0x00000001e

    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.256.1

    BCCode: 1e
    BC1: 0000000000
    BC2: 0000000000
    BC3: 0000000000
    BC4: 0000000000

I have not made any hardware changes however, here are the two software changes. In my research it appears that these software changes may be a source of my problem.

    1. I uninstalled ISObuster
    2. Added a significant number of MP3 to my iTunes

I am not sure what my next step would be. I am unable to boot the system in any mode. I am not sure if any of the tools on UBCD would help me in my current situation so I could continue to gather data. Is there a tools boot CD & boot USB image that could be used in this situation.

    Thank you.

Thank you. I ran it three times before posting to the forum. After reading your reply I ran it another three times without success.

What should my next step be?

Go to Command Prompt in Startup Repair and do the following commands..

    bootrec /fixmbr
    bootrec /fixboot
    bootrec /rebuildbcd
    chkdsk

Thank you. I have run all the commands.
I received a message saying that this system could not be repaired automatically.
While viewing the diagnosis and repair details the only error I could locate states the following:
Unspecified changes to system configuration might have caused the problem. Error code = 0x1f

Try system restore and restore to a point before the problem started.

I have tried that without success as well.

I was looking at building a USB drive with tools on it. I noticed a BootMgr error. Digging a little deeper, I ran bootrec/RebuildBcd and it came up to say that there are 0 Windows installations identified. Does that I mean that the damage is so great that I have to do a complete reinstall of Windows 7?

    Thank you

Would it be beneficial for me to run something like Ultimate Boot CD to run a registry scan / repair?

My second question is how can the software inform me that it cannot find a windows installed on the hard drive while I am in the Windows repair menu? I am confused about this.

    Thank you.

I have downloaded the Win 7 repair disc and run it without success.

It stops during the process of restoring files.
It halts when dealing with Evernote 3.5. I have tries multiple restore points with the same result.

    Thank you.

I'll grab an Installation and Partition expert because I'm no good with this.
