Windows 7 Ultimate BSOD following wake from sleep

Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Full Retail Version
Philips HEPC 0602/05
clean build (Restored in Jan from clean ghost image)

Problem has always occured on this pc so i stopped using sleep - recently I restorred a ghost (clean) image and have been keeping it upto date and clean (ish) with mainly drivers for WP7/Printer etc. installed and not much else.

It seems to be fine for a week/2 but then it will start producing BSOD on wake from sleep - following todays Windows update updates.

Files attached as per process/guidance notes.

Any help appreciated...

And thanks to Fimble for pointing me in the right direction!

Hi Mjmoney.

STOP 0x0000007A: KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR
Usual causes:
Memory, Paging file corruption, File system, Hard drive, Cabling, Virus infection, Improperly seated cards, BIOS, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack.

Your latest dump file blames ntkrnlmp.exe which is a Windows System file and is highly unlikely to be the cause.
Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes.

As a Priority:

Norton is known to be a cause of BSOD's on Windows 7 systems. I suggest that you uninstall Norton using the Norton Removal Tool ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/englis...moval_Tool.exe in Safe Mode. Download Blue Screen friendly Microsoft Security Essentials as its replacement. Make sure Windows firewall is enabled!

Outdated Drivers. Update:

KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a)
The requested page of kernel data could not be read in. Typically caused by
a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error. Also see
KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR.
If the error status is 0xC000000E, 0xC000009C, 0xC000009D or 0xC0000185,
it means the disk subsystem has experienced a failure.
If the error status is 0xC000009A, then it means the request failed because
a filesystem failed to make forward progress.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff6fc4001c980, lock type that was held (value 1,2,3, or PTE address)
Arg2: ffffffffc000009d, error status (normally i/o status code)
Arg3: 0000000061ff8be0, current process (virtual address for lock type 3, or PTE)
Arg4: fffff88003930000, virtual address that could not be in-paged (or PTE contents if arg1 is a PTE address)

If blue screens continue:

Run Memtest86+ overnight, after your computer has been off for about an hour . Let it run for at least 7 passes / 6-8 hours. If errors appear you can stop that particular test.
Note!! Any time Memtest86+ reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad Mobo slot. Test RAM sticks individually. When you find a good one then test it in all slots. Post back with the results.

I've just had a quick look at your specs and noticed you have 2x2Gb and 2x1Gb of RAM?
Your RAM should be matched. Same Manufacturer. Type. Model. Size. Batch. Timings. Etc..
This could be your problem.
