    Dumps blames your Radeon drivers.
    Uninstall it and use driver sweeper to remove leftover display driver files
    Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper

    Then reinstall the latest driver
    ATI Radeon

    Update your Realtek driver
    Realtek
    Code:
    Rt64win7.sys  fffff880`040a1000 fffff880`040d3000 0x00032000 0x49a65b0d 26/02/2009 13:04:13
    Code:
    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff88004988817, fffff88006e4c900, 0}
    Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+90817 )
