Just got another blue screen on desktop. I was just about to update the audio driver when this happened. Already reinstalled my ATi Drivers.

The audio drivers are a pain to get. Asus support keeps going down in the middle of what I'm doing and I have already reinstalled my sound card drivers based on the latest version there.

Nothing specific in the way of anything new, I do notice the fraps recording driver is still loaded though. I'm sticking to my guns on that being the cause. The actual error in the most recent dump file is a generic *************************************************************************
    Probably caused by : ntoskrnl.exe ( nt+70740 )
    Code:
    UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP (7f)
This means a trap occurred in kernel mode, and it's a trap of a kind
that the kernel isn't allowed to have/catch (bound trap) or that
is always instant death (double fault). The first number in the
bugcheck params is the number of the trap (8 = double fault, etc)
Consult an Intel x86 family manual to learn more about what these
traps are. Here is a *portion* of those codes:
    If kv shows a taskGate
use .tss on the part before the colon, then kv.
Else if kv shows a trapframe
            use .trap on that value
    Else
.trap on the appropriate frame will show where the trap was taken
(on x86, this will be the ebp that goes with the procedure KiTrap)
    Endif
kb will then show the corrected stack.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000008, EXCEPTION_DOUBLE_FAULT
    Arg2: 0000000080050031
    Arg3: 00000000000006f8
    Arg4: fffff80002c46eb0
Essentially it's still the same 7f code you've been receiving, the problem remains unsolved.

Alright, thanks. I have FRAPS installed still but not running, should I uninstall it altogether? And is there any way to fix my blue screens if that does not?

This is a process, sadly these kinds of errors are not rare, many times they are resolved just by updating drivers or removing AV suites. Sometimes it goes on for awhile.
Recently had one that went on for four pages when we finally discovered his motherboard was dying.

I just had another blue screen, and it blamed it on the same thing as when I had to reinstall my ATi drivers. I think I am just going to ship back my Q9650 and get a new one because I had no problems until I installed that.

I have a E6850 and nothing chokes it short of crysis with physics maxed. One setting down from extreme and it's fine though quads do process video faster, I'm trying to get a old one off a friend.

Yeah, I bought my Q9650 so I could record gameplay and start maybe some video editing for montages and stuff then all this blue screening started to happen. I will get a new one and see how it goes from there. Also try Metro 2033 maxed lol. Thank you so much for helping me and bearing with me as I tried to do everything that you asked. Is there some way I can rep you or something?

It's the little scales thing at the top right of my posts. Please rep the others that helped too.
One last thought before you ship out the part. Did you ever check your motherboard manufacturer for bios updates?

No I didn't, I was scared of flashing the bios and I didn't think that it would make much of a difference since I don't plan to play around with the bios. Should I?
