Nature of error:
Invalid system memory was referenced. This cannot be protected by try-except,
it must be protected by a Probe. Typically the address is just plain bad or it
is pointing at freed memory.
Arg1: fffff8a0227552d0, memory referenced.
Arg2: 0000000000000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation.
Arg3: fffff88004823d78, If non-zero, the instruction address which referenced the bad memory
Arg4: 0000000000000002, (reserved)
The crash is being caused by a error in a direct x file (dxgmms1.sys). This would be caused by either a problem with direct x, or your current video driver. ...Most commonly
The most recent driver for your video I could find is here
ATI Catalyst

To reinstall the latest directx redistributable check here.
Download details: DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer

However, your system contains quite a few out of date / non win 7 drivers.

You should update whatever VSO software you have loaded as it's using a outdated driver as well. (pcouffin.sys)

Your realtek audio driver is dated - RTKVHD64 RTKVHD64.sys Thu Jul 24 05:05:39 2008 (488853F3) - Odds are you can find a more recent driver for this from Gigabyte.

GVTDrv64.sys Tue Sep 05 03:10:02 2006 (44FD22CA) Gigabyte EasyTune6 driver (known issues w/Win7)
Since the driver database marks this as bad, you may be better off just removing it.

Give those a look over, if the BSOD's continue after taking care of those as best you can. We'll probably want to use driver verifier.
