    Windows 7 User interface crashing

Hey, please can anyone help me?!
My windows 7 has suddenly started crashing, sometimes randomly, and always when i right click.
it won't let me use firefox or internet explorer but i did manage to get on internet explorer but not by using a link on a help page.
It also keeps saying that windows explorer has crashed.

Is there anything i can do??

What was the last piece of software or driver you installed?

In an attempt to fix it i deleted everything i'd installed within the last week and turned laptop off and on again. So i really don't think it was that, but i think the last bit of software was adobe flash player

NO, you don't need to backup anything
It's a way to undo system changes to your computer without affecting your personal user files, such as e‑mail, documents, or photos.

can you access safe mode? Can you right click in safe mode, or same issue?

Its taken me all this time to get into safe mode.
I did manage to system restore, but it didn't work. Now things are actually worse. I have new problems.
Like no internet, and the crashing crashed. Then the error messae for that got a "windows explorer has stopped working."
I didn't even try to close it. :|
And right clicking is about a 50 50 chance now.
ahh I hate computers so bad.
