looks like we are dealing with a generic bad driver dump message.
    Code:
    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: ffffa60002ee032a, memory referenced
    Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
    Arg3: 0000000000000008, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: ffffa60002ee032a, address which referenced memory
I'll come back and edit this post in a few minutes once I've had a chance to go over the driver dump.

In the meantime, If you have recently updated or changed something that information would be useful as well.

The date on this driver makes it a windows vista driver at best it would be worth the effort to check for a update at the link provided.

You have several drivers that I can't identify at all in the driver database. Enabling driver verifier may be called for here as well.

The links come from the driver database, sometimes the links are outdated, googling your webcam model may point you to a driver page that does work.
