One of your keys, f2 , delete some key will bring you to the bios .. Find out which one and try it.

Power off the computer completely; during the BIOS POST, press F11 and F12 to access the popup boot menu. When it appears, select the CD drive to boot from.

no... I can't get this thing to detect a disc, enter safe mode boot mode nothing just keeps repeating as i described above... I'm losin' it lol

Push power button and RIGHT away hit delete or f11 or f12 .. DO NOT wait for it to begin to boot into windows

now I've pressed the power on but no signal to my monitor for the past 5 mins cpu light blinking monitor says no signal

That sounds like a hardware problem. Are you comfortable working inside of your computer? If not, you may ask a knowledgeable friend for help. If you want, we can walk you through it.

Try taking out the video card, and connecting to the onboard graphics, if you have them. If you don't have onboard graphics, reseat the RAM and video card.

Also, check the monitor cable, make sure it is screwed in tight.

i can try that I do have onboard video but this was surely a virus i downloaded last night I know for sure as I have checked it today with my friends laptop it was a song with 3 virus warnings in the comments that i failed to read
and as soon as i opened it the computer went to a black screen and began this non-sense. It's only since I tried powerring off and on again that now it wont boot at all just blinking pcu light no signal

Well a normal virus can't cause the issues you are having. I have never heard of a virus that can corrupt the virus, but it is not unreasonable to imagine one exists somewhere.

Let's do all we can from a hardware side first. Give the onboard a try, and also reseat the RAM.

sorry my bad i've been doing this on my hdmi tv monitor i just now plugged in gateway monitor and it allows me into safe mode sorry please walk me through this i just clicked on safe mode and its booting

seems to do the same thing in safe mode flashes the same screen then goes off driver less than or more?????
