    ok i did system repair and nothing seems to of happened, then i command prompt as per the previous page and it says the operation completed successfully. now what still on this command page?

    You can close the command prompt and reboot; see if that solved the problem.

    the command prompt seems to have worked my friend i cannot thank you enough windows booted up normally and it seems to be a okay at the moment Jonathan you are a fantastic, patient human being!!! very happy and I thank you again for your help OVER AND OUT

    Now that you can boot, give Malwarebytes a try; see if it picks up anything.
