Low Virtual Memory Warning, then PC Crashes

The PC has just had the motherboard replaced by Dell, and the System had just been restored.

The message still keeps on coming up on a PC, this happen to two different machines which are not resolved. I changed the page file setting to automatically, I done the same for this PC, but the error still comes up. "Your computer is low on memory, To restore enough memory for programs to work correctly. Save your files etc..."

Also to add the Event Logs are full of the Warning Messages.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
