    New Error Code

I have had sooo many problems. When all this 1st started I had to use a system recovery disk to even boot to safe mode. Now I have tried every scenario possible. I can't restore to factory. I have tried using the startup repair and I get this new messsage: 1 root cause. Unspecified changes to system configuration might have caused the problem. Repair Action: System files integrity check and repair. Result: Failed. Error Code=0x490.
Now I know that you all probably knows what that means, I don't. I can't go back to a different config because all those were wiped when I used the recovery disk. I have a partition on my hard drive labeled D which contains all the restore to factory information on it, the system picture, everything, but when I tried that the system doesn't detect the partition and I don't have a clue how to boot to it.
I am really hoping somebody can help me!!

Are you doing a multi boot with another OS?

Have you made any config changes (hardware) since then?

Do you have a working win 7 dvd and did you download it or purchase it retail, and where and from whom??

No changes in config, the restore was downloaded and burned on another laptop using Torrent and I am using Windows 7 Professional 64-bit now but this laptop OS was originally Vista 64-bit.
