New Acer Aspire 5553G - BSOD IRQ Less Than Or Equal
Hello Ladies and Gents, been searching and reading the past 3.5 days trying to figure out my problem. I feel I have exhausted all of my efforts and have decided to post my BSOD info for assistance. NOTE: cannot get the perfmon /report to generate, keeps saying there is an error when I put it in the Start --> search --> click on it.
System with problem is a 1.5 month old Acer Aspire AS5553G-5357 NoteBook. I bought it with XMas funds for something to have in the "Man Cave" hooked to the entertainment theater to do basic internet/movie/music stuff. It does not get used constantly. Noticed the problem start on 5 Feb, computer worked for a while. Only thing of note I did was change my version of MovieToolBox MPEG Joiner. Next time I turned it on was 16 Feb and it simply WILL NOT stay running at all now. At the logon screen...or if you do get past logon, it freezes/restarts while loading startup programs at the desktop. I CAN boot into Safe Mode 100% of time. I can boot into Safe Mode with Networking 80% of time, some times this will still reboot. I have received a handful of BSOD over the past few days.

Here is what I have tried so far:
-Ran Avira Antivirus and Malwarebytes - nothing found
-Scanned & cleaned registry - nothing found/has not resolved issue
-Ran ChkDsk - nothing found
-Ran Memory Diagnostic Tool - nothing found
-Restored to date before 5 Feb - has not resolved issue
-Removed Avira Antivirus - has not resolved issue
-Thoroughly reviewed and researched Event Viewer - cannot pinpoint an exact cause
-Via BlueScreenViewer I can see ntoskrnl.exe is part of the BSODs, but my research says this cannot be a direct cause itself, countless other drivers are listed.
-Reviewed status and date of all drivers in Device Manager, ran them against internet to see if they were the latest - nothing unacceptable found
-Checked BIOS version on Acer site, I'm off by .01 in version, but the latest only addressed BlueTooth support. My notebook has no BlueTooth capability I am aware of.
There it is. I'm beginning to believe I may have a motherboard, processor, or other hardware failure. Thank you for your assistance in advance.
