    Sorry but we really need the DMP file. ALl we can tell you without it is;

The DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE bug check has a value of 0x0000009F. This bug check indicates that the driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

    The procedure:

    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy.
    * Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.

    To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
    OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.

    Hi poplo and Welcome.

    As a Priority:

AVG is known to be a cause of BSOD's on Windows 7 systems. Suggest that you uninstall it. Download the correct AVG Remover for your system (32 or 64 bit).
If you have AVG ID protection installed, download the AVGID Protection Remover from the above link as well (it wouldn't hurt to download and run it anyway). Download Microsoft Security Essentials as its replacement. Re-boot to Safe Mode. In Safe Mode run the AVG Removal tools. Re-boot to normal mode and install MSE. Make sure your Windows firewall is enabled!

sptd.sys Sun Oct 11 21:54:02 2009 The sptd.sys driver is notorious for causing BSOD's with Windows 7. It's a driver used and installed along with Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120 which you'll also have to uninstall.
Then use the correct (32bit or 64bit) download from Duplex Secure - Downloads to uninstall the SPTD.SYS driver.
Make sure to select the uninstall button! DO NOT SELECT INSTALL!!
    Virtual Drives
A couple of alternatives to DT/Alcohol that do not use SPTD.SYS (In no order).
DVDFab. Very small at just over 1Mb installed (My preference).
PowerISO (The program is a trial but the drive emulation is free forever).

Many people have been having issues with Catalyst 10.12, which is the version you currently have installed. Update to the new version following these guidelines.
    Download Catalyst v11.2.**
    Download and install Driver Sweeper.
    Boot to Safe Mode
    Uninstall your current Catalyst SetUp.
Run Driver Sweeper to clean up any left overs.
    Reboot to Normal Mode.
    Install your new Catalyst SetUp.
** Note!! Any WHQL Catalyst SetUp v10.3 - v11.2 can be used except v10.12 (which is not WHQL).

I looked at your four most recent dumps and your application crashes. You have some major conflicts going on. Is this your computer or does it belong to someone else? I ask this because I see Cain.exe running with is a password tool and can be used for hacking.
BugCheck 9F, DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. A driver is causing an inconsistent power state.
You have several thing running that can and do cause conflicts. Your MSConfig file was not included in your uploads; I cannot review your startup files. Two of your dumps blame nlndis.sys, a NetLimiter driver and two blame HssDrv.sys, HotSpot Shield.

    1. Uninstall Hotspot Shield completely, I suggest you download Revo Uninstaller (free) and use it to uninstall Hotspot Shield. It is known to cause BSOD's on some Win 7 system. Here is some reading on the subject: Gadgets Review: Hssdrv.sys causing blue screen error. Many third party Security apps cause problems with Win 7.

    2. I see in your app crash log that Cain.exe has crashed several times. I suggest that you completely uninstall Cain and Able while you are trouble shooting.

    3. Uninstall any
CD virtualization program such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads. Select uninstall; do NOT select reinstall.

Here is a free alternative CD virtualization program that does not use the sptd.sys driver.
    Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview

    4. Is your copy of Grand Theft Auto legitimate or is it hacked? I ask this because I see it has crashed a number of times and the hacked versions are known to crash. If it is hacked, uninstall it. If it is a legitimate copy, you can leave it for now.

    5. Follow Fimble's spot on suggestion and uninstall AVG and AVG Identity Protection

After taking these actions, reboot and run your system. Let's see how it does. Upload any new BSOD's and we will go from there. For the time being, I suggest that you keep NetLimiter and we will see if that causes future conflicts.

ok i uninstalled avg, daemon, with safe mode and uninstalled hotspot shield, cain and netlimiter but i did it normally because i thought it would remove it completely but i see it didn´t, so i search hssdrv.sys and it still appears on my computer and nlndis.sys
appears to, should i install again netlimiter and hotspot shield or delete manually
    the .sys?
anyways the computer boots up, runs and shuts off faster thanks.

I'd just rename them for now, from *.sys to *.bak or *.old. That will stop them from attempting to load.
    After a couple of days......
