im new this happend when my dad was messing around on my comp and he restored it i have a video of what happens evertime i start it so here it is



and if i hit ok it just keeps repeating no matter wat

Hello and welcome to 7 Forums,

Try enable low-resolution video (640x480) in Advanced Boot Options (f8).
If problem persists, install Windows again.

Where did you get your copy of Windows 7 from?

it dint help but my came with it bulit in and dint have a cd include
