Windows 7: BSOD problem.

Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64-bit 7601 Multiprocessor Free Service Pack 1

I have a problem when quiting CS-Source. I have MSE antivirus. I've read that antivirus programs could cause this, or some other app.
Right now I'm running sfc /scannow to see if something wrong here.

After I tried different things, like uninstalling some programs, disabling themes and other stuff and I had 2 days without BSODs. Now BSOD again

Anyway, I looked into dmp file and this is what I got ..

Code:

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50)
Invalid system memory was referenced. This cannot be protected by try-except,
it must be protected by a Probe. Typically the address is just plain bad or it
is pointing at freed memory.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff900c00bf7a0, memory referenced.
Arg2: 0000000000000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation.
Arg3: fffff960006fdc51, If non-zero, the instruction address which referenced the bad memory
address.
Arg4: 0000000000000000, (reserved)

Debugging Details:
------------------

Could not read faulting driver name

I still donno if it's application fault, or some driver fault. Memory is fine.

Hello,

The dumps seem pretty consistent: cdd.dll crashes on Half Life 2. You might start by updating your old graphics driver; see here: Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers
Code:
nvlddmkm.sys Mon Jan 11 20:24:34 2010 (4B4BCF52)
Next, install Service Pack 1: Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

I see SPTD installed, which is a known cause of BSODs on Vista and 7 systems. Your BSODs look way too consistent to be caused by SPTD, but I feel it deserves a mention. It's not out of the picture though, so if after completing the above, the BSODs persist, uninstall Daemon Tools, and then remove SPTD with this tool: http://www.duplexsecure.com/download...t-v174-x64.exe

...Summary of the dumps:
