kernal error 41

    kernal error 41


    ok so i found out if i press the print screen button my computer will freeze i have done it 3 times just to make sure that was the problem so i have done cmd scan disks cleaned it everyway i possibly can

    video card nvidia geforce 7025 / nvidia nforce 630a

    memory x2 4gb

    motherboard manufacturer biostar group ' model n68s3b

    processor amd athlon(tm) II3 445 processor

    any other info needed i would take a screen SHOT but cannot lol

    Hi Dean and wlcome to the Forum.
    Try booting into safe mode and see if Print Screen works there. If so then run a clean boot to see if you can isolate the problem see here:
    How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

    Have you tried using the Snipping Tool to do a screenshot, much better than Print Screen the old way anyway!

    Just click the Start Button and in the search box type "Snipping tool" and click on it in the windows that opens then follow this:

    yeh got that ermm got the blue screen of death now what i did was i was checkin a disk i got with the computer to install drivers and 4 getting i was installing some i was in the middle of the clean boot and pressed restart come back on tryed to put the disk back it got the blue screen the dma subsystem detected bad driver or somethin

    i followed the link you first gave me to do a clean boot ' while doing that i found the disk i got with my computer which has drivers on ect nvidia an so on they were installing while i finished the clean boot and clicked on restart ' so the drivers didnt finish on that occasion went to install them again got the blue screen error '

    and i go into safe mode now and still get the freeze pressing print screen
