Yep, it looks like #246 is bad. I recommend that you RMA the whole kit, just to ensure you won't have compatibility problems with the new RAM. Get a new set of RAM, and it will be all the same.

John is correct, it looks like you have a bad module, but the mobo is fine.

Thank you

Thank you all, for your help

I just send an email to webshop where I bought this PC in order to RMA a pair of my memory sticks.

When I hopefully get new ones, I let you know how it goes.

BSOD´s again

PC worked fine for 2-3 days but BSOD was waiting when I just came back to computer. After first BSOD I got quickly second. Dumb files are zipped below.

No I´ve RMA two stick RAM kit and I have only 2 (2x2GB) sticks installed, one on A1 and one on B1 slot.

Yesterday I tightened timings from 9-9-9-24 to 8-8-8-24. DRAM frequency was 1333 MHz all the time as well as Dram voltage 1.6 V and CPU/NB voltage 1.2 V.

So I loosened back to 9-9-9-24 and will see what will happen.

You should leave your BIOS set to default settings while we troubleshoot so something you change doesn't bring it back.

Dump blames Memory Corruption. Run Memtest86+ again and this time, run at least 7 passes.
Please post some pictures of the BIOS and follow Lordbob75's good advice.

New sticks work

I got 3 or 4 weeks ago a new pair of sticks (2GBx2) and they are working just fine. But when I put in those older ones in order to raise ram to 8 GB -> bluescreens.

Using new ones (4GB) works fine with these settings:

Timings 9-9-9-24
Dram voltage 1.6 V
Dram Frequency 1333 MHz
CPU/NB voltage AUTO

Should I allso RMA those 2 original sticks as corrupted?

Could you try using just the old 4GB, and see what happens?

If I wanted 8 gig of ram, I'd buy a matched set. With my old XP set up I've got a 512mb stick and a 256 stick (said it was old!!). It works fine. But I wouldn't expect to get away with the same theory with modern kit/systems. Never in my wildest dreams.
