0x0a and 0x01e error

ive had this laptop for the past few weeks and ive had random crashing issues mostly blue screen. I would like help to find out what could be crashing and why i am experiencing this issue and what i can do to fix it. Its a toshiba laptop with 64 bit OEM install of windows 7. I am not a hundred percent sure if its my ram yet ive ran some basic tests on the modules and so far it just seems to be OS related. anything you guys can do to help would be wonderful.

Please start by installing SP1: Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

After that, remove AVG Identity Protection with the tool from here: AVG - Download tools

Your ATI graphics drivers may be involved somewhere along the line.

in your Startup programs, are you still running this program?

When I visited the ARO website my FireFox did not throw a warning page, but my WOT icon was glowing a bright cherry red, and it has always been listed in the HijackThis logs of users that were having problems. It has also been known to stop Malwarebytes from running.

Try using this for removal. The free version should be sufficient:
SUPERAntiSpyware.com

Then try proceeding with Jonathan's instructions.
