Random BSOD's drive me crazy.

Hello,
i own a ACER Aspire 7715 with W7 home premium OS and 4 Gb memory.
No overclocking or other stuff.
This machine drives me up the wall with random BSOD's
See attached dump.
When I use BlueScreenView it tells me:

Used the system recover procedure of Acer , but same result.
Can anyone analyse the dump and advice me, because this situation is very depressing.

Hope to learn a sufficient methode to tackle this problem.
The W7Dumpinfo.rar file contains Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 and perfmon.html

best regards Piet.

This was caused by the Atheros NIC driver
Go to the laptop vendor to update this driver

Done what you suggested, but the file L1C62x64.sys is still not on the system.
No BSOD so far(knock wood) but I'm a bit worried about the future.
Is this a BSOD waiting to happen?

Any further suggestions?

Monitor your computer for any more BSOD then upload the most recent dump files
