Bsod on win7

Hey I've got this problem with my PC which is when i am playing Call Of Duty i have plenty of BSOD Please check what is going on, i have this problem on XP too
My pc is
Win 7 64bits
First installed on 1st February 2011
hardware is 3 years old

Multiple problems caused by sptd.sys and nvlddmkm.sys

1. Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

2. Remove TuneUP utilities, never use this software it is known to cause problems and corrupt system files
Run SFC to fix any corrupt system files SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

3. Your Nvidia driver is obsolete

Uninstall the Nvidia driver
Use Driver sweeper to remove leftover Nvidia driver files
Install the latest Nvidia driver

4. If the above does not fix this issue, test your RAM with memtest86+ for 7 passes
