...

OK, try just installing the graphics driver (no uninstalling anything).

nvlddmkm.sys is related to your nVidia Graphics Driver.
rdbss.sys is related to Windows Core file and it is very unlikely to be the cause.

Found this Solution 1: Replacing the old version of nvlddmkm.sys with an updated copy. | nvlddmkm stopped responding and has recovered.

Followed the instructions, and I still got a BSOD with the same bluddy error so frustrating.

EDIT: Reinstalled without uninstalling, started up normally and no BSOD yet... will post if anything happens thanks for the help.

Back to its old ways...

Ok I will try to get the new mini dump but its so hard and frustrating because it keeps bluescreening and I cant run perform /report on safemode. Im seriously considering just going back to Vista Ultimate 32bit. Ive had more bluescreens in the past week than I have in my whole life

Hardware problem. Please read this article even though you are not getting 0x124 error: Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

Please update the 2005 ASACPI.sys driver,
Code:
ASACPI.sys Mon Mar 28 15:30:36 2005
information   Information
The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit " (it's about the 8th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005).

Also, update your nVidia nForce Chipset Driver - here
Code:
