    Need help with BlueScreen windows 7


    The other day i downloaded a Codec for a movie and right after i clicked run my computer when into the blue screen and a message popped up saying my files were being saved while the computer was preparing for a crash. I rebooted my computer in Safe Mode with networking and thats what im using now i have run malware and system restore and they didnt work. when i checked the error the messages said:
    Problem Event:
    Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
    Local ID:1033

    It is probably malware, download Malwarebytes, update it and scan your computer

    I have already ran Malwarebytes and did a system restore neither of which worked.
