    Need help with BlueScreen windows 7


    I have windows 7 and it said i have the virus named Alureon and its giving me a blue screen i have attached my minidump files and i also had the message
    Problem Event:
    Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
    Local ID:1033

    PLEASE HELP !

    You have two simultaneous anti-virus apps running Avast and AVG

    I would remove both and replace with Microsoft Security essentials.

    Please download Malwarebytes and do a scan: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware - Reviews and free Malwarebytes Anti-Malware downloads at Download.com

    Install updated Realtek wireless drivers from here: Realtek

    Thanks, but still need help


    Alright I have successfully deleted both anti-virus softwares, but im not allowed to download the Microsoft security essentials because im in Safe Mode due to the blue screen when running in normal mode

    Try booting into Safe Mode with Networking, and then downloading Malwarebytes: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware - Reviews and free Malwarebytes Anti-Malware downloads at Download.com
