Make sure your Windows updates are current and if you have not installed SP1, please install it.

done, hopefully, i did it right. and yes im suing sp1 already.

ok i set it now to small memory dumps, the main problem is that my OS freezes up on me, but i dont get any any errors or any BSOD's, it just freezes up and nothing responds.

this problem is really annoying, the only things i installed are my grafic driversthat i got directly from nvidias home page, using the auto search option, i did the samething on intels home page. i really dont get wat would be causing my OS to freeze up like that and no error message to look it up =/

You may have to experiment with different graphics drivers. Sometimes the latest drivers are not the ones that work the best. Go down the list of drivers starting with the next oldest to your current drivers. Try several drivers until the freezes stop. Let's see if that works.

Malware test = Nothing Found

memtest86 = it runned 4 times, no problems found.

Overheating = no signs of overheating, the overlall system components temp is 39 degrees celcius.

Harddrive Test = Showed no problems on the SDD drive.

clean boot Test = system crashed after 8 hours.

Safe Mode Test = no system crash after been on for 19 hours. after i returned to normal window mode, system crashed after 5 mins. this random crashes are really a pain.

another step i did, i made a clean reinstall and installed just latest the grafic driver. system crashed after a few hours.

Memtest should run for a minimum of seven passes. This will take six to eight hours.

The safe mode runs with minimal drivers and uses VGA graphics. This leads me to think it is a driver issue or a conflict somewhere.

Since a reinstall did not solve the problem, it is most likely not a problem with the operating system. Plus, it runs in the Safe mode.

The safest place is from the nVidia site. If you search for drivers for your graphics card, you should find a list from newest to oldest.

i let the test run for 8 runs, no errors found, and i pretty much tested all the drivers from the nvidias home page. this problem is driving me crasy. how can a driver caouse this many problems, at random times. i guess i have no other choice to take the comp for service at some computer shop and see if they can figure out why the system keeps on crashing even tho i have all the valid drivers etc.
