startup problem - startup loop/corrupt registry
I am trying to fix my sisters laptop, which is a hp pavilion dv6 2100nr. She told me she dropped it while it was turned on and it wont start up anymore, it also has a new issue causing the system to only power on or stay on when the laptop is charging. I started by running windows start up which just looped, then I ran windows 7 and noticed there are 4 partitions the system, operating, hp tools, and recovery. I deleted the system and operating partitions and reinstalled win 7 on the partition. The reinstall was still no good after restarting it looped start up repair again, I ran another installation of win 7 and same results except this time the computer started up fine and I installed missing drivers and win updates restarted the computer and I was back at the beginning again with the startup repair looping again, safe mode goes right to issue at hand. Im debating what I should do other than deleting all partitions and formatting the hard drive, then running clean install of win 7. Anyone have a solution or a suggestion, Here are the details after last re-installation of win 7 and start up repair beginning:
