Windows 7: Random BSOD's Occurring

Random BSOD's Occurring

Hi there. I've been having some BSOD issues for over a month now, and I have yet to find a solution. Partly because I'm not 100% sure what the root of the problem is in the first place. So far since the issue started, this computer has been completely restored twice, and it had also been in the hands of a licensed HP technician for a while a couple weeks ago. The guy told me that he ran stress tests, and all sorts of things, but couldn't find any issues.

The BSOD's have been occurring very randomly though since the first time it happened. One night I was away from my computer, and when I got back to it, I noticed it rebooting. And then it told me it recovered from a Blue Screen error. That was the first time I got it on this computer. Since then it's happened off and on. The times it happens most often (not the ONLY time, though) is when I play a game called 'Minecraft', which I also may add is a java-based game. Sometimes I can have the game running for hours with no trouble. And other times I'm lucky to even get 5 minutes out of it before the computer BSOD's.

I know for a fact my Java is completely up to date. And this computer was purchased in December 2010, so it's pretty much brand new. It's an HP, and is currently running Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. I take good care of my stuff, so I don't think it's from me doing anything stupid. I have a feeling it's just something silly I'm not noticing, or a hardware fault that has so far been flying under the radar.

Even if it was a hardware fault, I would think I'd be having a lot more trouble than I am now. But I'm hardly an expert when it comes to this sort of thing, so I attached the most recent dump file to this post, hoping someone can help me analyze it. I'd attach some others, but for some reason they aren't there now after the latest crash, which was today. After of which, caused yet another BSOD while Windows was loading. Then I had to perform startup repair in order to get it to boot.

But yeah, if I can just get an idea of what the problem is, that'd be a huge step forward. I want to finally solve this problem once and for all, hopefully without having to get the whole computer replaced.

To anyone who reads or replies to this, I thank you in advance.

Please run Driver Verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
It will find the faulty driver - and then cause a BSOD. Please get a few BSODs and then upload those dumps.

Hi, thanks for your response. I have ran Driver Verifier as instructed, and got a lot of blue screens during it. Also, even after disabling it in safe mode, I still continued to get a few blue screens randomly, so I will include those dumps as well as the ones gathered while running driver verifier, just to be as thorough as possible.

I apologize for bumping the thread, but I just got another BSOD, with a STOP 0x0000001E error code. Strangely enough, it happened while trying to install .NET Framework 4 (I was trying to get it up to date, so I could attempt to look over these dumps myself with the windows debugger, once I got it all installed). Since that didn't go so well, I'll just leave that alone for now, and let someone who knows what they're doing look over the dumps. Again, I've included the latest dump if that helps any.

Dumps are still leading to Windows Core File and the dump is very similar to the first post - have you been running Verifier?

I ran verifier yesterday after following the directions in the link you posted. I got a BSOD everytime I tried to boot, so after getting a few BSODs, I had to go into safe mode to disable it. Should I be running it more?

Delete all of the minidumps in C:\Windows\Minidump. Leave it running more.

Alright then. I'm trying to, but I'm having a lot of difficulty doing anything with the computer. Currently I'm posting from another computer and monitoring the problem computer's issues. Right now it's stuck on a STOP: 0x0000007E BSOD, and isn't doing anything else. I keep having to force it off by holding the power button due to things like this, so I'm sure that isn't helping it much.

This is so confusing and frustrating to me. I don't understand how it can be just fine for awhile, then suddenly it just goes nuts and gets worse and worse.

BSOD occurring at random times
Hello, my pc is having a lot of video drive crashes and bsods (even though the monitor just loses the signal and the pc reboots without any error messages). The strange thing is, the crashes happen a LOT less if I leave my pc turned on for about 4~5 hours without doing anything. The screen usually...
