Multiple BSODs a couple times a week

After Christmas I built my own PC. Every since then I have been getting different BSODs. They mostly occur while I am on youtube watching a video or have youtube open in the background. The most common one is 1000007e. I'm not sure what the problem is and i'm hoping you guys can help me out in finding a way to prevent thee BSODs. I have an AMD Phenom II x4 965 processor and 4 gigs of OCZ gold series DDR3-1333 also I have a GeForce GT 240 video card. Also I never uninstalled the drivers for the integrated graphics and my old 8400 gs also, so maybe the new graphics card is having some sort of interference. I have attached the minidump file. Thanks

Start off by removing Norton - known cause of BSOD on some Windows 7 systems. Use this removal tool to remove Norton: Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product | Norton Support

If you want a free AV, try: MSE OR Avast
If you want a paid AV, try: Avast

Update all of your CD/DVD programs - if you do not know what programs uses this driver (see note below)
PxHlpa64.sys Sat Feb 03 10:24:22 2007
Note   Note
Create a system restore point using System Restore. Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename PxHlpa64.sys to Pxhlpa64.BAK
This will break your CD/DVD program, but can easily be renamed after we've finished.

This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

I think that Norton is most likely the problem because I usually get Norton error messages after my pc restarts from a BSOD. Also how do I get my cd/dvd file back to a system file. I made a system restore point and then changed the file to a .bak file. I then tried to rename it .sys, but that didn't help as it was still a .bak file.

I'm new to this forum and all forums in general so I don't know if it is a bad thing to double post, but I just wanted to say that I found out how to convert the file back to a .sys file.

If you know what CD/DVD software it is (it will stop loading because you change the file extension) - then uninstall it.
