wow i seemed to have fixed the problem.....windows was not the "complete" solution, but im sure it helped that i bought it..:)....installed genuine windows 64 bit and was stable for about 8 hours and then BSOD after BSOD. I went and picked up an MSI-870-G45 mobo and some DDR3 RAM... got home and decided to put the RAM in the mobo i had in already.....BAM..problem fixed so far....guess it was my memory even though i ran memtest86+ and came back with no errors....downside is that i downgraded on from 1600 to 1333, even though my mobo had already clocked my 1600 to 1333 by default to begin with. I was thinkin....maybe my first set of "suspected" faulty memory wasnt faulty at all....maybe my mobo didnt have the right voltage settings b default....idk....does that sound possible. btw thank you
