Weird Bluescreen issue.

ok so last night i went to sleep, and left my PC on because it was converting an avi to DVD for me.
I wake up in the morning and my computer is completely shut down.
I turn it on and see the black screen letting me know the PC was improperly shut down and found that weird.
when the computer finally booted a popup came up letting me know the computer recovered from an issue or something like that.
attached is my bluescreen dump.
any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Do Carl's good advice (installing SP1) and then do these steps...

Please upgrade your Ethernet Adapter to a Win 7 Certified and ones that provide support (e.g: Realtek, Intel, nVidia) or stop using AMDtek. (AMDtek appears to be out of business).

Remove AVG including Identity Protection. AVG is a known cause of BSOD on some windows 7 systems and dump blames AVG. Use this removal tool when it is removed: AVG - Download tools

Use Avast or MSE with Windows Firewall in it's place.

bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
