    Windows 7 Startup Crash


    I changed of house temporaly for 5 months and y unpluged my pc (of course)
    ok i go home i start the pc until it says
    Start windows normally
    Start Start-Up Repair
    I put both first the 2 one then the 1 one ok then nothing works instead a black sreen with blue little sticks if i press f8 and use any of it (excluding safe modes) its the same
    safe mode it says update failure,reverting changes (i did not install an update)
    so?? help y alredy tried system restore!

    Hello,

    First, could you take a picture of the screen with a camera perhaps?

    Second, try a startup repair from the installation DVD: Startup Repair

    i dont have camera
    do you got another solution???? cause my mechanic says that he will do that but in 3 days (he's from family so i dont have to pay him)

    Could you try a startup repair from the Windows DVD?

    Be sure you have permission to do this; there is nothing dangerous about these instructions, but if you are going to fix the family computer, it is best to have the full support of the owner.

    If you cannot locate the installation DVD, you can create a repair disc. See here: System Repair Disc - Create

    Use the computer you're using now, and use Method 2 of the tutorial I links to, to download the ISOs.

    Safe Mode allows you to login, right?
