Windows 7 Startup Crash

    sometimes it works (login to safe mode very very slow my pc is a dual core processor)
    and sotimes it says windows failure reverting changes please dont turn of my pc with a aero charging thing which later doesnt move and some blue bars appear at the edge of the screen

    Have you tried the startup repair from the Windows DVD or repair disc?

    Also, if you can get the Windows DVD from your father, try a repair install: Repair Install

    and you've got to login to make it start i cant get to login screen
