Windows 7 Professional Crashing

First time poster, eagerly looking for assistance.

Is Windows 7 Professional
- x64
- the original installed OS on the system = Vista (sorry don't know which version)
- Vista was an OEM version
- I purchased an Windows 7 Professional upgrade version from digital river. Performed a clean install. Vista OEM was not compatible with Win7 Professional upgrade. Found out after purchase.
- What is the age of system (hardware) = 3-4 years
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) = 1-2 years

Please let me know if I have missed anything.

I can not determine any common event that may be triggering the crash.

Hello,
Start off by removing AVG including Identity Protection - a known cause of BSOD on some Windows 7 systems. Use this removal tool when AVG is removed: AVG - Download tools
Use Avast or MSE with Windows Firewall in it's place.

Update your Intel Ethernet Driver - here
Code:
e1e6032e.sys Wed Mar 25 07:17:23 2009
Update your Intel Graphics Driver - here
Code:
igdkmd64.sys Thu Sep 24 07:22:57 2009
Update... Western Digital External Drive RAID Manager - here
Code:
wdcsam.sys Wed Apr 16 20:39:08 2008
Also, do a SFC /scannow to verify and repair OS files.

Regards...

Almost there

I was able to perform all the recommend steps with exception to updating my WD My book.

I have attached a new zip file. I did include the error message from the WD update.

Any further assistance would be appreciated. Extremely grateful for your help so far!

Update... Western Digital External Drive RAID Manager - here
I could not find a file with this name.

I believe I found the correct driver for my model here. I notice that it does not state Win7 supported. Could this be part of my problem?

Do you still have the external hard drive box? Does it say Win 7 Certified? If not, you will need to get one that it has Win 7 Certified.
The website does not mention Windows 7 nor 64-bit - so it will not run.

WD My book

Yes and I use it for to back up with SyncToy. It does work, however I will for another drive so I can eliminate another potential source of my crashing.

Does that mean, my system looks good now?
