Windows 7 Ultimate x64 BSOD on boot

Hey guys, I really hope you can help me out. I've been scouring the forums, and tried most of the troubleshooting tests, and am wondering if anyone has any next steps.

It crashes on every bootup, after i input my windows 7 password, sometimes still on loading splash-screen, sometimes after icons and my background loads. (seemingly right before an annoying popup comes up warning me about software that came with my motherboard). I always get the same single error once I boot to safe mode:
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 50
BCP1: FFFFF8A00454E000
BCP2: 0000000000000000
BCP3: FFFFF800035246EF
BCP4: 0000000000000000
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\030111-38204-01.dmp
C:\Users\Frank\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-58172-0.sysdata.xml

------------------------------------------------------------------

I used Bluescreen view and the only error I saw was PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA 0x00000050 for ntoskrnl.exe

I ran sfc /scannow and got no hits.
I ran 3 full passes with memtestx86 and did not get a single error.

I attempted to DL the windows debugging tools to see more in depth what my dmp was saying, but they wouldn't install (had errors connecting to the server it seems).

I haven't tried pulling any RAM yet, but it seems to me that if there was a RAM issue it would have shown a few errors by now. Also, the motherboard has no on-board graphics, so the entire start sequence and safemode run off the nVidia card without problems.

Am I just in search of a driver somewhere?

My machine is:
Intel i-7 940
GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R MoBo
OCZ Gold 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 Model OCZ3G1600LV6GK
Gigabyte GV-N470UD-13I Geforce 470 Graphics
SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB HDD
CORSAIR CMPSU-850TX 850W ATX12V Power
Thermaltake Element V Black Edition Case

I attached my dmp file (Zipped) as well if any of you can get more info from there.

Thanks a ton guys. This is my first build (in November), and while signs SEEM to be pointing software, I would really prefer it NOT to be a hardware issue.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Thanks a million!

I updated my Wacom, but it appears that Norton was the culprit. I think the issue is that my trial that came with the MoBo just ran up, and when I got my copy of Norton 360 a few weeks ago it didn't delete the old trial, creating a nice bit of chaos.

Here's hoping that now, when I reinstall 360, it acts like it had been, and plays nice with my machine. I'd rather have Kaspersky, but since I got 360 for free, my current choices are skewed.

Kaspersky runs fine and smoothly for Win 7. If you wish to run Norton, that's fine. But if the BSOD problem still persists, then uninstall Norton.

Ultimate x64 BSOD on Boot. Please help second time.
I've had the same computer and setup for 2 years now. I was playing a game and the power went out, something that has happened several times over the years with XP. When I rebooted, windows would not start. It would give me a stop error and hang at loading disk.sys in safe-mode. Windows...
