Constant BSOD F4 Error
Hello,
I am hoping someone can assist me with a blue screen I have been struggling to figure out for quite a while now. I've attached the requested files to help out but I was unable to run the pc health test, it came back with a "file path not found" message.
Some notes about this blue screen:
The blue screen error is always the same F4 error and it is always "Critical Object Termination." I have been unable to determine exactly what process is terminating unexpectadly but I believe it is either smss.exe or ntkrnlpa.exe. Either way I think the blue screen has something to do with one (or both) of those processes.
I have tried two other pc's to try and get rid of the problem. This is my work pc so I am able to try other pc's freely. Even swtiching to a different pc always produces the same blue screen error. I should also note that I am using a network profile so that is something in common with all the pc's.
I have reformatted my pc and performed a clean Windows 7 install countless times to try and resolve the issue but to no avail. I have also switched out any devices connected externally to my pc but still I get the bsod.
I have spoken with Dell about this problem and they are almost certain it is a corrupt OS or something software-related but I do not know what the problem is.
My Windows 7 version is 32-bit and it is an OEM version. The pc is very new (ordered it only a few weeks ago). The OS re-installation is only a day old this time. I can provide more information as it is requested. Thank you in advance!
