i'm sorry for this maybe a dumb question, but if it is a bios problem than how come it hasn't ever done this before ?
I've been using this pc for 1 year, 4 months
Even BIOS may have rare bugs, update to the latest version

Reset all options in the BIOS to default values, turn off any overclocking

This error has absolutely nothing related to the software and Windows

yowanvista is 100% in my opinion the manufacturer of the bios do update the bios (basic input output system BIOS >>> BIOS - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) i was told by a tech of the manufacturer of my bios it is very important for the drivers to function. there may be a recent program/hardware change that the bios does not recognise i suffered a month of blue screens and i had to send the machine in for repair and the tech that repaired the machine reported bios fault and it was updated and the machine has been ok since.

Hey, thanks for all the help but the power supply burned down during a test so i currently cant use the pc. I'm just praying that the motherboard or any other component didnt suffer any damage :/

I'm now almost 100% sure that it was a failed psu

If god forbid after i replacey psu the problem still isnt solved I will repost here, thnx for all the help guys

updated my bios

50 mins later, my pc froze up again while playing age of empires 2 (I know its an old game but I really like it) .. I haven't seen a blue screen since that one time but i'm worried since i don't know what is causing the problem

Let's see if your RAM is set right, bios defaults often do the trick, yet sometimes they don't.

- CPU-Z memory tab snip
- RamMon html report

You have 3 Corsair's rated 1333mhz 9-9-9-24 1.5v.
Currently they are set 1066Mhz 8-8-8-20.
