The File System Driver is blamed, run Disk Check Disk Check

       Warning
Remove Tune UP Utilities, it causes more damage than it cures, it may even have caused system corruption, to fix that run SFC. Windows 7 does not need to be 'tweaked

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    Code:
    TuneUpUtilitiesDriver64.sys fffff880`09701000 fffff880`09709000 0x00008000 0x4ab2238c 17/09/2009 15:54:52
       Information
Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

    Code:
    sptd.sys fffff880`01016000 fffff880`0113c000 0x00126000 0x4ad24632 12/10/2009 00:55:14

If you see NtfsExceptionFilter on the stack then the 2nd and 3rd
parameters are the exception record and context record. Do a .cxr
on the 3rd parameter and then kb to obtain a more informative stack
