Windows 7: BSOD when trying to copy files via direct wired network

Windows 7 Professional x64 SP1
BSOD when trying to copy files via direct wired network

I'm having this weird problem on my laptop computer ever since I installed SP1. I have already created a topic for this on MS forum but no one answered. So here's the problem:
I'm having some weired problems ever since I installed SP1 on my Win7 x64 machine.
I get a BSOD(0x0000007F - UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP) every time I try to copy files from my desktop PC via direct wired network.
I tested my memory and HDD and everything is OK. This is not the first problem I have after installing SP1.
also had some "Audio Service not running" errors and a built in SHIFT + Right Click cmd option corruption, not to mention the extra 3-4 minutes SP1 added to boot time on both, my desktop PC and laptop.
This is happening once or twice and then I can copy files without a problem. If I restart the PC the problem reappears, once or twice and I again can copy files without a problem.
Here is a picture of the blue screen:
Also, when I restart the PC after the blue screen, in Event Viewer I get the following errors:
Event 43029, atikmdag Display not active
Event 52236, atikmdag CPLIB::General - Invalid Parameter
and somethimes this:
Event 7026, Service Control Manager
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failde to load:

Since 2 of those errors are related to my video card I will reinstall the video driver(I didn't think of it before LOL)
I have uploaded the last 4 dump files here:
Laptop BSOD Dumps - Windows Live

I have a HP Compaq 6730s.

Here is the systeminfo result:

I use /* */ since this is exactly what I asked on MS forum.
I also attached 5 dump files, Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 folder & the PERFMON HTML.
Also, I noticed that the report says I have no antivirus software installed but I do: Norton 360 v4.
The last blue screen occurred when I tried to copy files from my desktop PC to my laptop PC, usually it happens the other way around, if I try to send files from my laptop to my desktop.
I haven't got any single problem with my laptop PC(except the other problems mentioned after SP1 installed) , this is the first. I haven't noticed any other problems when I work or watch a movie. Also tried FurMark and everything was fine.
In this case performing a system restore is out of the question since I usually clean up my PC using Tune Up Utilities and I kinda deleted all the restore points except the last one. I noticed this problem after that.
I have Windows 7 Professional x64, got it from MSDNAA website. Also, before that I used XP, 7 Beta & 7 RC since January 2009. The original installed OS was FreeDOS.
I also noticed that this is usually happening if I try to copy somethgn in the first 15 20 minutes after boot and if I don't do something else before and I mean ANYTHING, even opening Winamp. Or if the PC was idle right before this.

Please remove Norton. You may reinstall Norton again until we are done troubleshooting - however I do not recommend doing so. Use this removal tool to remove Norton: Norton Removal Tool

Use Avast or MSE with Windows Firewall in it's place.

Remove Daemon Tools/Alcohol 120%. They use a file sptd.sys, which is notorious of causing BSOD with Windows 7. Use this SPTD uninstaller when done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
Select Uninstall; do not select reinstall

Use MagicDisc as an alternative: Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview

Uninstall ALL Adobe Software and then reinstall the latest version

This means a trap occurred in kernel mode, and it's a trap of a kind
that the kernel isn't allowed to have/catch (bound trap) or that
is always instant death (double fault). The first number in the
bugcheck params is the number of the trap (8 = double fault, etc)
Consult an Intel x86 family manual to learn more about what these
traps are. Here is a *portion* of those codes:
If kv shows a taskGate
use .tss on the part before the colon, then kv.
Else if kv shows a trapframe
        use .trap on that value
.trap on the appropriate frame will show where the trap was taken
(on x86, this will be the ebp that goes with the procedure KiTrap)
kb will then show the corrected stack.

Windows 7 Professional x64 SP1

Drivers are up to date or so HP Assistant says. I already tried to update and I cannot do so. Also all Adobe apps are up to date. How do I get rid of Tages driver? It came with The Witcher and that's no longer installed. And it does not have any entry in Programs & Features or any other uninstaller. I have never installed SafeBoot, it's part of HP ProtectTools and I have the latest version installed. In fact all apps installed are up to date.

Forget about what the HP assistant is trying to say, update it. How do you know if it is up-to-date? Please list me all of the Adobe systems you have currently on your system. Rename atksgt.sys and lirsgt.sys, from .sys to .BAK

It's not only the HP Assistant. I tried to update manually and I couldn't. They haven't change the drivers since 2009 and it simply won't let me install. The installer says I already have that version.

You have to uninstall ALL of those Adobe Software and then download it again. (i.e: corrupt Adobe files, older version)
Please upload a JCGriff Folder - provides additional info - here...

You may want to jot down the serial number of your CS somewhere and use it again when reinstalling it.

Win7Diag is the JCGriff Folder. Sorry for the confusion.
Also, don't get this wrong but what's the connection between Adobe software and BSOD while trying to transfer data?
