    When the Compaq Logo appears, press F10 immediately.
    When you enter the BIOS - leave it there and let me know you have entered in.

    Read the instructions in the BIOS, they may provide the instruction for you.

    Try doing + and - (see if that works)

    Press Enter on ST3120213AS and press the Up and down key - see if ST3120213AS moves.
