various BSOD...ARRRGH!

    went here and got this reg key to do the uninstall in safemode.
    Tip: How to install and uninstall a program in Safe Mode - 4sysops

    the dumfiles a are cooking and shoule be ready shortly

    I also went here to turn on the uninstall service in safemode

    well..... OMG.. i used the safemsi to remove some of the last programs I had installed.. especially logmein(I will add later) There were some mysterious applications that were on my system.. I am now in the main system ... no BSOD !!!!!!!! I just set the start up programs and ready to restart....Im scared to do it but that will be a true test


    welll as I was typing this message...I got the dreaded BSOD AGAIN on the same computer I was working on.... I was on my desktop for about 5-10 minutes.. SHIT

    well I would like to thank you for all your help.. here is a tip for everyone that is having a problem. YOU SHOULD BACK UP THE IMAGE OF YOUR C DRIVE USING THE WINDOWS 7 UTILITY.

    I decided I could not wait any longer and basically used a image that I created (first time used) about 1 week ago.... THIS IS WHAT SAVED ME from doing a fresh install.

    So in short back up regularly using the image.. then if you have a problem you can always go BACK to your image. Just remember it will format all the drives attached even though you select C, Z to restore, AND you have to remove the date from the name of the backup folder so windows will see it...
