I have done all these things including SP1 but I'm still getting them, perhaps not as regularly though. I'm guessing the next step is to uninstall ZoneAlarm? Oh and do I need to post another crash dump?

If you have ZoneAlarm - then uninstall it.

Hi there,

Since uninstalling ZoneAlarm I haven't had any BSODs, which has been a couple of days so I'm in high hopes about the problem being solved. Thank you very much for your help, you certainly have my rep Now I need to choose a new firewall/antivirus.

So for a now I shall optimistically assume the problem is solved.

Cheers,
Robert.

Glad I could help. Good to see the BSOD problem is gone.
Try Microsoft Security Essentials and Windows Firewall. They do not cause BSOD that often.
