BSoD need help please.

My brother just installed a new graphics card, power supply, replaced the memory with 800mhz corsair memory, changed a Seagate 1.5tb usb external drive to a ESata connection (which for some reason is STILL going into what seems to be a sleep state where it stays powered on but disapears from windows explorer until you unplug it and plug it back in every few hours or so), changed the cpu fan, and replaced the factory little fan with three much larger case fans.

now about two weeks later im still getting the blue screen, and sometimes just randomly reboots itself, which im assuming is also a stop error. and "I" don't know why this is happening much less what to do about it. Can some kind person help me figure this out. ive included all of the information that i think im supposed to have to help in the rar file. please help, if you can.

thank you in advance!
Michael

Hello,
Start off by removing AVG including Identity Protection - indeed, a known cause of BSOD on some Windows 7 systems. Use this removal tool when AVG is removed: AVG - Download tools
Use Microsoft Security Essentials or Avast in it's place.
Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) (recommended): http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/
Avast: avast! - Download Free Antivirus software or Internet Security

Update your Conexant Modem Driver - here
Code:
xaudio.sys Sat Jun 30 12:11:00 2007
Lastly, dump blames hardware - see this hardware thread (even though you are not getting STOP 0x124 error code) - Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

Regards...
Dean

KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: c000001d, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 8bd4d02a, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: 8df20e60, Trap Frame
Arg4: 00000000

well, we put the old memory back in, and so far so good. havent had a bsod since then. my brother said that my motherboard may not be able to handle the change in frequency or something else about the new memory, so, the change back. Hopefully, this will be the solution. thank you very much, if i get it again, i will start with avg, and go from there. again, thanks for taking the time to look at my problem. will post back soon the results over time.

Glad I could help. Sounds good. Looks like if the new RAM was the culprit or the motherboard doesn't support that RAM.
